Margaret Grossman is a co-founder and managing partner at T30 Capital, responsible for directing firm-wide strategy and execution and sits on all investment committess. Ms. Grossman has been with T30 Capital and its predecessor since 2014 and previously held the roles of Chief Operating Officer and before that, General Counsel and Vice President, Transactions. Prior to joining T30, Ms. Grossman was a transactional attorney in the real estate group at the law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Grossman worked in historic preservation and urban planning at the Municipal Art Society of New York. Ms. Grossman holds a J.D. cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.A. magna cum laude from Columbia University.

David Schwartz is a founding partner at T30 Capital and has been with the firm since 2009. Prior to joining T30 Capital, Mr. Schwartz held leadership roles at Royal Bank of Scotland/ABN AMRO Bank, Dresdner Bank, Chase Securities, Standard Chartered Bank, National Westminster Bank and Chemical Bank. Mr. Schwartz spent over nine years working internationally in Australia, Japan and Singapore and holds an M.B.A in Finance from New York University and a B.A. in Economics from George Washington University.

Prior to joining T30 Capital, Mr. Schwartz held leadership roles at Royal Bank of Scotland/ABN AMRO Bank, Dresdner Bank, Chase Securities, Standard Chartered Bank, National Westminster Bank and Chemical Bank. Jeremy Salzberg is a co-founder and managing partner of T30 Capital. Mr. Salzberg has been involved in every single one of T30’s hundreds of transactions since inception. Mr. Salzberg serves as co-chief investment officer with an emphasis on equity investments. In addition, Mr. Salzberg oversees transaction origination and execution and sits on all investment committees. Prior to joining T30, Mr. Salzberg attended New York University where he received a B.A. in Economics and a Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.
